Madhuravasan – Exchange & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or a wrong item, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery through our WhatsApp number or email (see Contact us). We’ll arrange a free pickup and process a refund or exchange after verification.

Since all our products are handcrafted, minor variations in color, embroidery, or finish are natural and not considered defects. For exchanges (other than defects), you may request within 72 hours of delivery, with a partial courier handling fee of ₹250/-. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Clearance sale and customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in case of defect or wrong delivery.
