       (i)      The term madhuravasan.com, madhuravasan.com, Madhuravasan, ‘we’, or ‘us’ refers to the owners of this website whose registered office is at 82 Chandralok, Aliganj, Lucknow – 226024, Uttar Pradesh, India. The term ‘you’ refers to the user, viewer, or customer of our website.

       (ii)     The content of this website is for your general information and use only. Madhuravasan reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, the Terms & Conditions applicable at the time of placing an order will prevail.

      (iii)    Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, we shall not be liable if the website is temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control or otherwise.

  1.     Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

       By browsing, accessing, or purchasing from madhuravasan.com, it will be deemed that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

  1.     Ownership & Location

      (i)      madhuravasan.com is operated under the trade name Madhuravasan.

     (ii)     Our registered address and business operations are based in District Lucknow, State Uttar Pradesh, India.

  1.      Product Information & Liability

       (a)     Slight Variations

               (i)      We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, slight variations in color, embroidery, weaving, measurements, and/or finish may occur, as all products are handcrafted. Such variations are not considered defects but are marks of authentic craftsmanship.

              (ii)     Our products are pre-washed and steam-ironed. Due to the natural characteristics of weaves, slight dimensional variations (up to 3–4%) may occur. Such variations are inherent to the fabric and shall not constitute grounds for return, exchange, or refund.

              (iii)     Madhuravasan will not be liable for discrepancies arising from natural variations in handmade products.

       (b)     Pricing & Payment

              (i)      All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

              (ii)     We accept payments through secure online gateways. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

              (iii)    Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted only if mentioned against a specific product.

        (c)     Shipping & Delivery

                (i)      Orders will be delivered to the address provided at the time of placing the order.

               (ii)     Standard delivery timelines are 5–6 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product details. Delivery may vary depending on location, product availability, and courier services.

              (iii)    Madhuravasan is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, strikes, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.

              (iv)    Currently, we do not accept international orders.

        (d)     Exchange & Refund Policy

                 (I)      Manufacturing Defect or Wrong Product Delivery

                          (i)      Refund or exchange/replacement may be considered in cases of manufacturing defect or wrong product delivery, as per the customer’s request.

                         (ii)     Concerns must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order, via our WhatsApp number or email ID mentioned in the Contact us section. Proof in the form of images and/or a short video must be provided.

                        (iii)    Refund or exchange/replacement will be processed only after the product is picked up for return and the claim has been verified by Madhuravasan. In such cases, no courier charges will be levied for return or exchange.

                        (iv)    Exchange will be allowed with products of the same value, higher value, or up to 25% lower value. Any difference in amount for a higher value product must be paid at the time of raising the exchange request. In case of lower value products, the balance will be refunded.

                        (v)     Products requested for exchange/replacement/return must be in their original packaging box with tags intact. Products without original tags and/or packaging will not be accepted. Returned products must also be unused and unwashed.

                        (vi)    Exchange/replacement products will be delivered to the same address as the original order.

                       (vii)   Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3–4 working days.

               (II)     Exchange of Product (Other than Defects)

                       (i)      Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, at its sole discretion, Madhuravasan may allow an exchange subject to a payment of ₹250/- towards partial to-and-fro courier charges.

                      (ii)     Exchange will be allowed only with same or higher value items. The difference in amount, along with ₹250/- partial courier charges, must be paid when raising the exchange request.

                     (iii)    Exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery through our WhatsApp number or email ID given in the Contact us section.

                     (iv)    Products requested for exchange must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags and/or packaging will not be accepted. Returned products must also be unused and unwashed.

                     (v)     Exchange products will be delivered to the same address as the original order.

                (III)    Clearance Sale Products

                         Products purchased during a clearance sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defect or wrong product delivery, which will be handled as per Clause (I).

                (IV)   Customized Products

                        Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defect or wrong product delivery, which will be handled as per Clause (I).

         (e)     Care & Maintenance

                  Customers are responsible for the proper care and maintenance of purchased products.

  1.       Limitation of Liability

          To the maximum extent permitted by law, Madhuravasan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.

  1.        Intellectual Property

           (i)      All content on this website—including text, images, designs, logos, and product descriptions—are the intellectual property of Madhuravasan.

          (ii)     Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use may lead to civil or criminal liability under applicable laws.

  1.        Unauthorized Use

           (i)      This website contains material owned by or licensed to us, including but not limited to design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

          (ii)     You may not create a link to this website from another website or document without Madhuravasan’s prior written consent.

          (iii)    Any unauthorized use of this website—including fraudulent transactions, reproduction of content, or misuse of brand identity—may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

           (i)      These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

           (ii)     All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

           (i)      We value your privacy. Personal information shared with us will only be used for processing orders and will not be shared with third parties, except as required for delivery, payment, or legal compliance.

           (ii)     Our website and social media pages may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. We do not endorse these websites and are not responsible for their content, data collection, or privacy practices. Users should review the respective privacy policies before sharing personal information.

           (iii)    Madhuravasan communicates with customers strictly for order-related purposes. We will never request personal or confidential information (such as OTPs, passwords, or banking details) through calls, emails, or messages.
